Yingdan Pro ("the App") helps photographers manage client leads, quotes, schedules, payment status, and delivery tasks. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the App stores locally on your device and how that information is used.

Data We Process

The App may store the following information locally on your device:

Client names, contact details, shoot requirements, budgets, source channels, and notes that you enter
Package templates, quotes, deposits, balances, and booking status
Shoot dates, schedule items, follow-up tasks, delivery status, and local reminder settings
Studio name, default deposit rate, tax, discount, and other app preferences

How Data Is Used

To display and manage leads, quotes, bookings, schedules, and task progress.
To calculate quotes, deposits, and balances based on your package and price settings.
To generate quote previews, copy quote text, or export quote PDFs on your device.
To create local reminders for shoots, follow-ups, payments, or delivery tasks if you grant notification permission.
To save your settings so the App can continue working as expected the next time you open it.
To read subscription status provided by the App Store through Apple StoreKit and unlock Yingdan Pro features.

Storage and Sharing

In the current version, all data is stored locally on your device. The App does not have a server, does not require an account, and does not transmit your client information, quotes, bookings, or schedules over the internet.

We do not sell your data.
We do not share your data with third parties.
The App does not include advertising, analytics, or crash reporting SDKs.
The App does not include third-party login or cloud sync features.
Subscriptions are processed by the App Store. We do not collect your payment card details, Apple ID password, or complete payment information.

If you choose to share quote text, PDFs, or other content with clients, collaborators, or other apps, that content will be handled by the recipient or third-party app you select.

Permissions

The App may request notification permission to create local reminders for shoots, follow-ups, payments, or delivery tasks. You can disable notifications at any time in system settings.

The current version does not require access to Contacts, Camera, Photos, or Location.

Data Deletion

You can manage or delete business records that you create in the App. Deleting the App may delete data stored locally on your device. Please back up important information before deleting the App.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for photographers and photography studios. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will publish the updated version on this page and update the revision date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
